Shipping policy

Once your invoice has been paid, please allow up to 7 business days to process your order. Once shipped, allow another 3-8 business days for shipping within the USA.  There may be delays in shipping during holidays. 

USPS first class shipping starts at $8.00 and increases based on the weight and size of the package. Most order's shipping costs average between $8.00-$16.00, but can be more! Don't be surprised by shipping costs at checkout.  Crystals and rocks are heavy and fragile!  All packages will include a tracking number which will be sent to the email address that is provided at checkout. 

Gemini Kitty Crystals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. I take great care in packing all orders and place "Fragile Handle With Care" stickers on all packages. Once the package is placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service, Gemini Kitty Crystals is no longer responsible for the package.  Please follow up with the USPS with any questions or concerns.
