Instagram Live and Story Sale Rules
LIVE SALE RULES
Please read the following rules before participating in a live sale on my Instagram page @geminikittycrystals:
CLAIMING
To adopt a crystal, comment to claim. Type the number and letter plus any word or emoji. The number is the price of that crystal in $USD. This number does not include shipping or taxes.
Example: 11A =^..^= or Claim 11A
The correct claim that shows first on my screen, is the person who will get to purchase the crystal. Please note that you may show first on your own screen. However, the correct claim that shows up first on my screen is the person who will be able to purchase the crystal.
Claiming a crystal means that you are responsible for the purchase of that crystal within 24 hours of your invoice being posted. Please only claim what you are able to pay for right away. Abandoning a claim with no communication, may get you blocked on Instagram and reported to a non-payer's page, which is seen by many crystal shops. Preparing for a live crystal sale requires a lot of time and work, so abandoning your claim means that someone else lost their chance to get that crystal and that I am working for free. To avoid any surprises at checkout, I recommend keeping a list of your claims, so that you can stay within your shopping budget.
There are no put backs or swaps. You are not allowed to claim, then put items back if you see something that you like better later during the live. This is not fair to those who would have wanted that crystal at the time it was shown and it disrupts the flow of the live sales.
Please claim crystals responsibly!
PURCHASING CLAIMED CRYSTALS
Payment is due within 24 hours of your invoice being posted. Watch my Instagram story for "Invoices Posted" updates. My goal is to have all invoices posted within 24 hours of the live sale. If your claims are not paid for within 24 hours of your invoice being posted, your cart is considered abandoned and you may be blocked on Instagram and reported to a non-payers list seen by many crystal shops.
Purchase claims by going to www.geminikittycrystals.com and click on 'Purchase Live Sales'. Select the date of the live sale you participated in, and then click on your Instagram user name and proceed to check out from there.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are only offered through ShopPay and are available for orders between $50.00-$3,000. ShopPay is offered at checkout and allows orders to be paid for in four, interest-free payments!
The first payment is due at checkout, and the remaining three payments are spread out to be paid every two weeks until the order is paid off.

Open Baskets- This option is only available for Instagram Live Sales, and Instagram Story Sales. Open baskets will not be eligible for purchases made through the website, unless you have an open basket with me from Instagram live and or story sales.
An open basket is where you claim crystals, pay for the crystals as you go, and I’ll ship your claims at the end of each month. This helps you save on shipping costs, so you’re not paying for shipping at each live sale. PAYMENT FOR CLAIMS IS ALWAYS DUE 24 HOURS AFTER YOUR INVOICE IS POSTED! REQUESTING AN OPEN BOX DOES NOT MEAN YOU PAY FOR CLAIMS LATER!

Shipping starts at $8 and goes up based on the weight and size of the package. There will always be a shipping charge on the first open basket. Depending on its weight, there may be additional shipping added to your invoice. The shipping addons can start at $2 and increase based on the weight and size of your package.

When you check out for your claims, there will be a box that is titled “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SELLER” . You must type “OPEN” in that box. If the box is left blank, I will assume you want to close your basket, and I will ship your claims within 7 business days. Please do not DM me on IG that you want an open box. When it comes time to pack orders, I am using a separate shipping platform and will not remember that you requested an open box. If you would like to close your box before the end of the month, type “CLOSE” in the box at checkout.
You must be 18 or older to purchase claims. If you are under 18, a legal parent or guardian needs to check out for your crystal claims.
STORY SALE RULES
The first person to comment ‘CLAIM’ in the comment box gets to purchase the crystal. Claiming is a promise to purchase said item.
The number on the sticker is the price of that crystal in $USD and it does not include shipping and CA sales taxes
Once you’ve finished claiming, I will create a listing for you at www.geminikittycrystals.com. Your listing will be listed under your Instagram user name.
Due to the fast-paced nature of Story Sales, payment is due within 1 hour of your invoice being posted. If payment isn’t received within 1 hour, you forfeit your claims, and the next person who claimed the crystal gets to purchase that crystal.
Abandoning your basket will get you blocked, and you will be reported to a non-payers list seen by many other crystal shops.
